And most importantly, on top of all the “mechanics”, Doug is a very amiable and unbelievably easy to work with. I can honestly say that for 2 of the largest expenses I have ever made, not once did I feel pressured or unsure about my decisions or actions – all of which is attributable to Doug’s efforts. His work ethic is unparalleled and you begin to view him as a trusted friend rather than an “employee”. I’m not sure you can put a price on that feeling when you are dealing with real estate.
